We need strictly necessary storage for signing in and for your settings. This does not require consent (section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG, which implements Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive). Marketing cookies, advertising pixels and remembering the campaign source only exist on the public pages of the app and only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice (section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Website
The website (saldiqo.com and all language versions such as de.saldiqo.com) does not set any cookies itself, contains no analytics tools and does not load any third-party content; fonts and images come from our own server. If you reach the website via a link with campaign parameters in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content or ref), the website adds these values to its links to the app, so that the app can tell which campaign you came from if you sign up. The website does not store anything for this and does not send anything to us or to third parties; it does not pass on click identifiers from advertising providers (for example gclid or fbclid). There are no advertising pixels on the website; they only exist on the public pages of the app and only after your consent (see below). At most, the following is stored on the website:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
saldiqo-geo-dismissed | Local storage | Remembers that you dismissed the hint about the page for your country (only the country code is stored). | Until you delete it in your browser |
App: strictly necessary
Without consent, your browser only stores the following in the app (app.saldiqo.com):
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
saldiqo_sid | Cookie | Keeps you signed in. Signing in is not possible without this cookie. | Until you sign out, after 12 hours of inactivity, at most 7 days |
saldiqo_cookie_consent | Local storage | Remembers your choice in the cookie notice (accepted all, necessary only or notice without advertising pixels acknowledged) together with the providers the notice named at the time, the version of the notice, the language and the time. If a provider is added or the text changes, the notice asks again. | Until you change your choice or delete it in your browser |
fk-locale | Local storage | Remembers the language you chose. | Until you delete it in your browser |
fk-theme | Local storage | Remembers whether you chose the light or dark view. | Until you delete it in your browser |
sq-install-cta | Local storage | Remembers that you hid the “Saldiqo as an app” notice. | Until you delete it in your browser |
sq-join | Session storage | Remembers an invitation link until you are signed in. | Until you sign in, at the latest until you close the window |
sq_last_reload | Session storage | Time of the last automatic reload; prevents the app from reloading several times after an update. | Until you close the window |
sq_letter_draft | Session storage | Draft of a business letter (recipient, subject, text), so that it is not lost when you switch pages. | Until you choose “Neu beginnen” (start over) or close the window |
saldiqo-static-… | Cache storage (service worker) | Program files, fonts and icons of the app, so it starts faster and can be installed as an app. Contains no personal or financial data. | Until the next version of the app |
The saldiqo_sid cookie can only be read by our app (HttpOnly), is only transmitted encrypted over HTTPS and is not sent along to other websites (SameSite=Strict).
App: only with consent (public pages)
If you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice, the following entries are added. Your browser remembers the campaign source on the public pages of the app; the advertising pixels only load on the public pages without input forms (home page, app download and legal pages), never on sign-in, sign-up or pages with one-time links. The cookie notice only appears by itself on these pages without input forms.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
saldiqo_attribution | Local storage | Remembers which campaign or website you first came from (campaign parameters, kind of click identifier without its value, referring domain, landing page), so that it counts if you sign up later. | No longer used after 30 days; deleted after sign-up and on withdrawal (“Necessary only”) |
Meta Pixel, e.g. _fbp, _fbc | Cookies and script from Meta | Measures whether ads on Facebook or Instagram lead to visits. | According to Meta, up to 3 months |
Google tag, e.g. _ga, _ga_…, _gcl_au | Cookies and script from Google | Measures visits from Google ads or with Google Analytics. | According to Google, up to 2 years |
Google Ads (conversion measurement), e.g. _gcl_aw and Google cookies on the domains listed below | Cookies from Google | Remembers whether you came via an ad on Google, so that later events can be attributed to that ad. Only if we use Google Ads. | According to Google, _gcl_aw 90 days; on Google domains, for example NID 6 months and IDE 13 months in the EEA |
TikTok Pixel, e.g. _ttp | Cookies and script from TikTok | Measures whether ads on TikTok lead to visits. | According to TikTok, up to 13 months |
With the Google tag, depending on the set-up, your browser calls addresses on these Google domains, among others googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com, googleadservices.com, googleads.g.doubleclick.net, ad.doubleclick.net, pagead2.googlesyndication.com and google.com. Google may read or set cookies on these domains in the process.
Only the pixels we have set up are loaded; the cookie notice names them. The providers determine the names and durations of their cookies, and these may change. Advertising pixels are never loaded in the signed-in area of the app. Details on providers, transmitted data and third countries are in the privacy policy (section 3). The pixels do not report sign-ups. No advertising pixel is currently set up, so the cookie notice does not appear by itself and no cookies from advertising providers are set.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link (cookie settings) at the bottom of the home page and the download page of the app (app.saldiqo.com and app.saldiqo.com/download). Choosing “Necessary only” withdraws your consent; after that the app no longer measures anything and deletes the remembered campaign source (saldiqo_attribution) in your browser.
You can also reach these pages at app.saldiqo.com/en/cookies, /legal-notice, /privacy and /terms (you will be forwarded to this website).
Deleting it yourself
You can delete cookies and stored data in your browser at any time, including cookies already set by advertising providers. You will then need to sign in again, choose your language and view again and decide again in the cookie notice.
More about how we handle data is in the privacy policy.
